Refund/ Retum Policy

At Newartica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

  • Items without original tags or packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at newartica@outlook.com to initiate your return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions

  4. Package your items securely and include the original packing slip

  5. Please use a trackable shipping method to send your package to our return address (provided in your return authorization email).

Return Shipping Fees

  1. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.】
  2. If due to our reasons (such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us for exchange options.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at newartica@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
